I was born during a midsummer lightning storm. I grew up in a gingerbread house in the suburban east coast, pretending to be a doll. I am inspired by the occult and spirituality, Western subculture and Japanese popular culture. My art (literary + visual) is an exploration of a subconscious world of love, sex, death and rebirth where there are constant collisions of real and surreal, human and animal, dark and light magic.

In 2007, I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a BA in Creative Writing, minoring in Fine Arts. I am currently a Continuing Studies student at Maryland Institute College of Art, working on building my portfolio and resume.
